During facelift, the location of the incisions and the subsequent technique of the operation depends on the condition of the patient’s face, as well as on the surgeon’s preferences. Lifting of several zones of the face usually lasts 3-5 hours. Isolated forehead lift or neck lift last 1-1.5 hours.

Postoperative period and recovery.

The early postoperative period after facelift is accompanied by temporary painful sensations and edema of the face, usually passing for several days. Maximum swelling appears at 2-3 days. You can return to everyday life with some restrictions 10-12 days after surgery.
