Hi there I definitely think you can achieve significant improvement with a Rhinoplasty.
I suggest to have an in-person consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon, who offers computer-assisted simulations of your photos during the consultation. This is the best way to anticipate what changes will have the greatest impact and also to gauge what contours you like most. You can also then discuss realistic outcomes and any limitations due to thickness of skin etc…

Hi there. Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, both asymmetries of your nose and your cheeks are very mild – it is normal to have mild levels of asymmetry in the body. It is also important to take into account physical examination and not only photographic displays of your face. I do not feel there is a significant need for surgery however should you wish to go ahead, do see an experienced facial plastic surgeon and ensure your aims match up. Best of luck.

Fillers can be safe after a rhinoplasty should they be done by a skilled and experienced surgeon following a physical examination and thorough assessment. Do bear in mind that it is advisable to get any filler that is injected dissolved before the revision procedure to allow clear visualisation of what areas need to be addressed. Best of luck.

It is quite common to feel concerned with the appearance of the nose in the first few months following your rhinoplasty. It is still very early stages of your recovery and there is still swelling present which can alter the shape of the nose. I would advise allowing time for the swelling to go down before reassessing. You should also ensure you are having follow ups with your surgeon to keep an eye on your progress.
