Dear Lucia_maria:Regarding your face lifting, during the surgery there will most likely be a breathing tube in use, but in the post-operative period there should be no problem with wearing your Invisalign device. Dear grejon10:With close exam of your photographs, I do see the problem you are talking about. The lower eyelid is definitely in a lower position on both the left eye, but even more so on the right eye, as evidenced by significant scleral show (white part of your eye) on the right. You are quite young to have this occur, but it can. Thank you for your question. If all you are having is abdominoplasty with no liposuction, then the tubular bandage should be adequate. Your surgeon will most likely use suction drains, which are the major force that promotes adherence of the deep tissues over the first several weeks. What is the recovery of a capsulotomy?

Thank you for your question. A revision surgery such as you describe would be a capsulotomy in the lower breast area. This could also require some capsule excision. Either way, the surgery will be markedly easier and with less recovery than your first surgery. You would likely be back to a regular job at around 1 week post op, and I would keep you from performing athletic or aerobic activities for 3 weeks after surgery. Following that, you could resume any activities you would like.

Thank you for your question. Your situation is not uncommon. I have heard many stories of women having some dropping to the breasts after child bearing and breast feeding, and the solution to the problem being placement of a large implant to fill out the breast and lift the nipple complex. In the end, this works but many patients are left feeling that they are too large. If you are removing your implants permanently, I would always recommend removing the capsule.
