This is difficult to answer with the poor quality photo presented. It appears that there is a collapse of the right upper lateral cartilage that a spreader graft might be able to correct. The tip also looks asymmetric possibly requiring trimming of the cephalic portion of the left lower cartilage. Scott L Busch D.O.,F.A.C.S
