Normally the swelling will settle downwards , and end up with a swelling above the incision, and that could last for another two months. After had been looking at your photos, I do not think that you can avoid scars on the left breast. The nipple complex is significantly lower than on the right side, and a vertical scar under nipple is necessary to create around shape of the breast. The difference in volume would be best addressed with an implant on the right side.
