She also serves as the non-surgical patient coordinator for the office and has been with Columbus Facial Plastics for a total of 8 years. Nancy loves her co-workers and her patients, most of whom she sees on a recurring basis. Nancy has dual degrees from The Ohio State University. When not working, she loves to garden and appreciates a good mystery novel. She is currently training a therapy dog, Griffin, for children with special needs.

Biography: Dina Maynard is the Director of Skin Care Services at Columbus Facial Plastics. She has trained from coast to coast and has received invaluable knowledge from the world’s leading experts in skin care, clinical products, and professional treatments. Dina has studied with Dr. Stephen Nogan and Dr. Michael Sullivan and learned the medical aspects of skin care aesthetics. Every service performed by Dina is done so under the direction of Dr. Stephen Nogan. Dina has extensive experience with pre-operative and post-operative care for our laser patients, as well as those patients who have undergone deep chemical peels and skin resurfacing. Dina has 25 years of experience in the art of camouflage make-up following surgical procedures.

Biography: Shireen is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and has more than 4 years of experience in Facial Plastics and Cosmetic Dermatology. She completed her undergrad at Baldwin Wallace University where she majored in Chemistry and played for the women's varsity soccer team all 4 years. She then completed her Nurse Practitioner Program at Kent State University. Shireen is new to the Columbus area and is very excited to spread her knowledge and expertise within our practice.
