Once back in the US, he completed his Medical Degree at Duke University and returned to his roots, Stanford, for his residency in Head and Neck Surgery. After five years of intense training, he traveled to Indianapolis for one additional year of focused study with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. question! Threads are meant to lift and
pull the skin, but the procedure doesn’t excise or remove the skin, as you have
so astutely pointed out. The skin will redistribute
itself to smooth out the bunched skin.
Thus, the amazing result you see right after the procedure is performed,
will settle itself, as the bunched up skin will redistribute and settle with
the region that is tightened. Best of
luck!

for your question. By definition, a
forehead lift tightens skin, but lifts your brows. Having said that, I do think it is possible
to leave the brow attachments to the orbital rims, which would leave the brows
in their respective positions, but pull the skin upward. The incision would need to be at the
hairline/pretrichial and the frontalis muscle would need to be weakened during
the surgery. Best of luck to you and I
hope you found these comments helpful!

for your question! The line around your
mouth is a dentition line, revealing your underlying teeth, pushing out your
soft tissue around your mouth, but creating a crease in the process. Man-made fillers or fat injections can help
to volumize and smooth this region out.
Best of luck to you!

for your question. You appear to be a
young man with good skin, but hollowing of the lower eyelid region and some
orbital fat that is pushing out. My
recommendation would be for volume replacement in the lower eyelid region. I would not operate on you because I feel the
risks would outweigh the benefits. You
can use a hyaluronic acid filler with a cannula or you can inject nanofat/stem
cells and a little macrofat into the region.
Either would be a good option.

fat transfer attempt to accomplish a similar goal, build volume, in a specific
location, in need of it. Yes, it can be quite
confusing that one surgeon recommends one vs. the other. In general, surgeons have different
techniques and see different results based on these techniques. If the area of volume replacement is the
exact same location, you can ask the surgeons why they choose one technique
over the other and they should be able to explain their reasoning. The…
