Hello and thank you for your question. The short answer is that we, as surgeons cut through old scars quite often. But, I think you may be referring to the scar on your trunk. If the scar is on the right, I would assume its from an open cholecystectomy.
This may be an issue if you were having a full tummy tuck. The surgeon would need to avoid dissection in that area. In the case of a panniculectomy, that procedure is much less inasive,...

Hello and thank you for your question. You will need a periareolar approach. You nipple position can not be changed at that surgery. It will be difficult in general to change the location of the nipple/areola.
In my experience, the Nipple/areolar complex shrinks and changes after surgery. Wait until after you procedure......4-6 months and then determine if you still would like a nippple reduction.

Thank you for your question. I tell my patients that they will laying around recovering for 7-10 days. After that you will be more mobile and move around more readily. The total recovery time is 4-6 weeks. At the 6 week mark, 99% of my patients are able to resume excercise.

Thank you for your question. I would suggest you lose the weight you would like and do the exercises and then make your decision. I would think after that, you will still want a tummy tuck. The stretch marks may prevent the skin from snapping back, and may be saggy.

Thank you for your question. You are a good candidate for a full tummy tuck procedure, with added liposuction of the hips and abdomen. This should get rid of 90% of your stretch marks, and give you a very flat tummy.
You should be as close as possible to your goal weight prior to surgery for optimal results.

Although it is difficult for me to assess how much laxity your skin has, it would be hard to recommend a brachioplasty for you. The scarring can be significant. The scars can be unpredictable. You have to be mentally prepared to have scars that may be maturing for a year.

I would recommend getting as close to your goal weight as possible.
Once you are there, your arms would benefit from liposuction and a brachioplasty. These could be done at the same time.
For your thighs, I would recommend a staged approach. Start with aggressive liposuction, wait 4 months and then see if a skin resection is necessary.

Thank you for your photos and questions. At post op day 2, it is to be expected to have swelling and bruising. The amount you have is what I would consider normal.
I would recommend icing the area and stay off your feet if you can. You can expect improvement in several days. Total healing will take 6 weeks.

Hello, Thank you for your question and photos. You definitely have a small wound separation. The best way to treat this to keep area clean and apply antibiotic ointment to the area daily. I would also refrain from sex at this time. The area should be healed in about a week.
After 4 months, you could be evaluated for a revision.

Thank you for your questions and photos. I am sure you are feeling a bit distressed about this situation. I hope your surgeon is giving you some emotional support. The good news is that the area can be fixed. I would wait approximately 4 months before a revision is performed.
It will be very important that in the post op period you refrain from activity, and sex. It is crucial for the area to heal properly.

Thank you for your question and photos. I think your result is fine for six weeks. The bumps in the suture line should soften at least a bit in the ensuing months. As far as the asymmetry, the labia minor often have irregularities that effect the result. There are times when the two sides cannot look like each other no matter what the doctor does. This might be your situation.
I would give it more time, and accept that there may be some slight differences...
