First and foremost this definitely looks like a burn. You should never have what we call "Track Marks" left behind on the skin from the passes.  I don't know what kind of IPL machine they have as there are many different ones out there with different strengths. Yes, PRP can definitely be applied after a dermaplaning service and with the exfoliation that dermaplaning provides it will penetrate some. That being said, if it is applied after a slightly more invasive service such as microneedling then it will penetrate a lot better and you will see better results overall.

BodyFX does have a smaller hand piece, this is called MiniFX, it's perfect for areas like the Chin/Neck/Jawline. This is a Malar Bag or Festoon. As others have mentioned this is often a genetic predisposition. Often times filler to the tear trough (if done properly) can help "mask" this appearance. Hi, thanks for the question. Any alcoholic beverages can thin the blood a little making the potential for bruising and bleeding higher, so for more invasive injections (e.g., Botulinum wrinkle blocker, filler etc.) or procedures then stopping 7-10 days in advance can help lessen these risks. I would avoid it all together for 7-10 days before. If it is truly the tear trough that needs to be treated due to hollowing and/or bags,you would be better off treating the area with filler to help fill the hollows and lessen the appearance of the the fat herniation. Thank you for your question. According to your pictures provided, it appears you have dermatochalasis  (excess skin) of the right upper eyelid and slight browptosis (drooping of the eyebrow) of the left eyebrow causing the exacerbation of the appearance of the lateral left upper lid sulcus. An option could be to inject filler into the left upper eyelid to the appearance of the sulcus smoother. I would suggest consulting a local Oculoplastic Surgeon. Best of luck to you!

Unlike filler which has instant results, Xeomin can take up to (In most cases) 7-10 days to notice any changes in movement or improvement in appearances of fine lines and wrinkles. Usually, results will not peak until the full 2 weeks following the initial injection. You should expect the Xeomin to last approximately 3-4 months depending on the individual, some patients digest it faster or sometimes slower than others.
