Thank you for your question and photos.
Your tip can be narrowed by reducing the width of the tip cartilages and tip refining sutures. You can also benefit from narrowing of the nostrils.

To De-Rotate (turn down) the tip, you will likely need a caudal septum extension graft (from your own septum cartilage or rib), and then reposition the tip cartilages onto the graft.

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty can improve minor irregularities and the overall shape of the nose but their result is limited.
The first limitation is that the result is temporary and can last up to 12-18 months.

After 9 months post operation, a lot of the swelling is already gone, but thick skin holds on to swelling a little longer than thin skin, and so there is likely some swelling that still needs to resolve in your case.
