Hello and thank you for your question, what liposuction does is removes all of the fat it will not help with the excess skin you will have afterwards, if you were to do liposuction alone the skin will hang the only way to remove the extra skin you will have is by doing an excision of the skin.

From looking at the photo above you can do a tummy tuck with Liposcution of 4-6 areas. The liposuction will remove excess fat from the upper abdomen that we will not be removing by cutting like the bottom.
