It appears that your neck has been liposuctioned alone, without addressing the platysmal bands. Your platysma muscle is probably very thin and difficult to tighten, however, it is possible. It will require not only a exposure of the central neck, but ideally, you should have a little more skin tightening from the jaw and behind the ear. Would be happy to explain the details to you. If you are willing to have an implant, your best option appears to be a lift with a small implant. In order to achieve your desired look, based on the photos you have furnished, you will need more upper pole fullness. Thanks for sharing your pictures. You’re progressing well for being one month out from surgery. If your eye still feels like it’s opening when you’re falling asleep, make sure you continue to use an ointment to keep it hydrated at night and prevent it from getting dry and irritated. It is still early in your recovery and things will continue to improve best of luck.

Hate to call uncomfortable sensations “normal”, but unfortunately, it is not unusual to experience many days of improvement and then feel like things go backwards for a few days before improving again. Though it is not entirely visible, the healing process goes through many phases over the course of a YEAR after surgery. The first couple weeks are different from the following 3 months.
