You will need capsulectomies and new textured implants placed under the muscle. Placing the implants under the muscle will increase your chances of staying soft long term.

I would let my surgeon remove this as it may pull the incision open. Saline on the gauze will eventually allow it's removal. Better to wait a week so the wound can heal more before taking off with less chance of pulling it open.

Blister from steri strip?

You have a very small blister which results from swelling and a shearing force on the steri strip. Just use antibiotic ointment on it twice daily and it should heal without any complications.

Nipple Sensation

Most likely if it has been 2 years and sensation has not returned the nipple will be numb permanently. I have seen return of sensation when performing other procedures on the same breast. This would be very rare however.

As your breasts heal and the implants drop the nipple will continue to be pushed up. So wait at least 6 months before considering another procedure. And it is normal for large breasts to fall towards the axilla when laying down.

No, I don't think you are a candidate for a crescent mastopexy. They don't work very well in my opinion and you will need at least a vertical or full mastopexy to look perky.

The most common area for incisions in breast augmentation are periareolar and in the IMF. Both heal very well with minimal scarring and can be hidden in a bikini.

Most likely you did not do any damage to your breasts during sex. I would be careful stressing the pectoralis muscles (if your implants are under the muscle) for about 6-8 weeks following surgery. If not completely healed you could possibly tear one of the muscles.

How Long is the Recovery Period for Full Tummy Tuck?

You can feel these sensations for up to a year. This is just the normal healing process and maturing of the scar tissue. You should be able to resume all activity at this point in your recovery without any fear of complications.

Yes, You are a candidate for a fleur de lis tummy tuck. You would have an incision across your lower abdomen and then vertically removing all of the old scar from your abdomen.

You will need liposuction plus excision and probably a mastopexy. Some surgeons do this in one stage and others two stages. I don't think your skin will shrink enough to provide a good result.

It is always a good idea to have someone help you for the first 24-48 hours following surgery as a lot of the serious complications can occur in that time. It just makes sense to have somebody that can help in an emergency. Many doctors can recommend a caregiver as well.
