You do have options for a  rhinoplasty.  Judging by your photos, you would need a reduction rhinoplasy to make your nose more proportion to your face.  Open vs closed approach depends on your surgeon and you.  The more experience the rhinoplastic surgeon is should dictate a more positive outcome.  Seek a  consultation with an experience Facial Plastic Surgeon and find out what to expect.

If  the nodule is secondary to the Juvedrem injection, hyaluronidase may be helpful.  This will dissolve any hyaluronic acid.  Seek an opinion from a board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and find out what options you have available to you.

Having a ptosis repair of the upper eyelid with a lower lid blepharoplasty is usually not contraindicated.  There is no reason the could not be done at the same time.

Having an allergy to eggs would not preclude you from having any of the neuromodulators.  Therefore, Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Jeaveau injections should not present a problem.

Cannulas vs needles, it depends mostly on the experienced and preference of the injector.  Restylane vs Resytlane Lyft usually depends on injectors preferences as well.  Lyft is promoted to have more lift (who would have guessed).  Seek out an experience injector, look at before and afters and get all the information you need to make your best  decision.

Open vs closed rhinoplasty actually depends on the surgeon's training and experience.  In the hands of a qualified Facial Plastic Surgeon you should expect a good outcome regardless of the technique.   Find a well qualified surgeon for a consultation, ask to see before and afters of patients and obtain the information you need to make yoiur decision.

We all have some degree of facial asymmetry.  Seek a consultation with a board certified Facial Plastic surgeon so you can discuss all the options available.  The use of neuromodulators like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin; the use of fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra or Bellafiile and/or surgery may help improving the asymmetry.

Yes, they all can be done under local.  The deciding factor is the comfort level of the surgeon and the comfort level of yourself.  The local anesthesia would have to be done in stages, but can be done under oral or iv sedation.  Seek a consultation with an experience Facial Plastic Surgeon and discuss the options with the surgeon.  You may want to obtain more than one consultation to get a good feel for the procedures.

You need more time to settle down.  You're experiencing milia which is not uncommon especially after eyelid surgery..At times they resolve on their own, sometimes they need to be unroofed.  Continue your follow up with your surgeon.   If the scars do not heal as expected, scar revision may be recommended.

Hyaluronic acids are usually the first choice for the lips.  It injects well with minimal problems   it also has the advantage of being reversible.  Look for an experienced and board certified injector.

The best answer to your question is the recommendation of finding an experience injector.  As to see before and after photos and seek board certified injectors.  Normally, the more experience they have the better injector.

It's not easy.  You would really have to twist your neck quickly and fully.  Doing some yoga poses too soon after surgery may pop a stitch.  Trauma to the area may rupture a stitch as well.  If a suture would break you may feel or hear a pop.  Also, if a suture broke you may see some relaxation in the area. Follow-up with your surgeon as soon as possible to assess the situation.

I would suggest fillers.  Obtain a consultation with an experience injector.  You have several different type of fillers.  They have different characteristics and longevity.  Your consultation should help you decide which is best for you and what you want to achieve.
