Yes you can with some caveats. I have treated many patients with high BMI’s as long as they are otherwise healthy abs understand what realistically can be accomplished. I will often do these under local anesthesia as well. Best of luck.

The best way abs really only way to tell is for you to be seen in person. Sometimes liposuction alone is beneficial, but on some occasions, a small amount of tissue needs to be excised(cut out) from an approach along the border of the areola. Best of luck!
Can I get a face fat transfer if I had Voluma 6 months ago and Restylane Lyft last month?

The voluma may last about 12 months or so.  You can get fat injection.  Fat injection does not take completely 1:1. I always tell my patients that this  may need to be repeated several times to achieve the desired full effect.  If you have lax skin as well, you may need that treated as well.  Also remember that as the voluma dissolves you may aldo get some deflation which may require more fat grafting.

It is not the wand( the machine) its the magician ( the surgeon) that creates all the magic.  I have used just about all the machines, and I think that you can get a nice result with just about all of them. I do not think the heating systems like smartlipo or vaser offer any advantage because the amount of skin tightening I have seen in my opinion is negligible.
