Statement: As a Board-Certified surgeon since 2010, Dr. Jeffrey Donaldson has combined his world-class training and years of clinical experience to build a trusted reputation in Columbus, OH.

After 13 years in the industry, Dr. Donaldson proudly specializes in breast and body surgeries. He emphasizes building authentic relationships with his patients. Name: Bobbie Perry

Position: Surgical Technician

Biography: Bobbie is an incredibly warm and talented surgical technician. She assists Dr. Donaldson during consultations and in surgery. Bobbie loves her family and she strives to show all patients, whether it’s their first encounter or they are an established patient, that they too are part of her extended family. Bobbie was named one of the top 50 most influential graduates at Columbus State Community College. She should have known that she’d end up in the medical field as her favorite classes in school were always anatomy and biology. Bobbie loves working for Donaldson Plastic Surgery because it has allowed her the privilege to work in surgery and with some of the greatest patients and staff. If you asked Bobbie, she would say that her favorite part of her job is the joy it gives her to join patients on their journey.

Name: Stacie Isler, PA-C

Position: Physician Assistant

Biography: Stacie Isler PA-C has been specializing in plastic surgery since 2007. She has years of medical spa experience, specializing in same day treatments such as Botox injections, injectable fillers (Juvederm), laser hair removal and laser corrective treatments (BBL red and brown). With her aesthetic eye and vast operative experience, Stacie loves making others feel beautiful.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and then went on to graduate from Duquesne in 2007 with her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduation, Stacie was the first physician assistant to join the Ohio State University’s Department of Plastic Surgery. Her main focus was in reconstructive microsurgery, primarily focusing on breast reconstruction for women with breast cancer. It was during this time that Stacie discovered her passion for making women feel whole again.

When not at work, Stacie can be found spending time with her husband and three young kids.

Position: Aesthetician

Biography: Adrienne is our Medical Aesthetics Lead and Licensed Practical Nurse with medical experience in several different facets of nursing. Since landing in aesthetic medicine, she has focused her training and skill set on being a lead authority in the Columbus area for non-surgical techniques. Licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing, Adrienne is trained as a nurse injector, is certified in Coolsculpting, Advanced User Ultherapy, laser hair removal, microneedling, and skincare. She is also a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists. Adrienne recognizes the confidence that is obtained when a patient is in control of their aesthetic plan and works to give each person the ability to choose what treatment path they are comfortable with, creating long term, natural, and maintainable results. Adrienne loves working at Donaldson Plastic Surgery because she loves helping people find their confidence and feel comfortable in their own skin.

Position: Aesthetician

Biography: Tatjana is our Lead Medical Aesthetician and the head of our medspa. Her extensive knowledge and background gained over a 25 year long career as a licensed aesthetician have made her one of the Columbus area’s most sought after aesthetic providers. She performs top-of-the-line medical aesthetic treatments and will even create an entire skin care routine for you to follow at home. Prior to working with Donaldson Plastic Surgery, she spent 10 years as a medical aesthetician in a dermatological practice and received direct training from world renowned physicians. Tatjana’s professional affiliations include membership in the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, an organization for licensed plastic surgical skin care specialists practicing in the offices of board-certified plastic surgeons. Her goal is to empower customers to feel and look better through education and the use of advanced aesthetics.

Position: Medical Assistant

Biography: Devon holds both Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy licenses, and has vast experience in family medicine and urgent care practices. Compassion and patient support plays an important role in Devon’s position working alongside our physicians and aesthetic medical providers. Devon offers a calming and friendly presence and enjoys working directly with patients during procedures in our office — that’s her favorite part of the job. In addition to her many responsibilities, she also specializes in providing CoolSculpting and CoolTone treatments for our patients. She is a proud mother of two beautiful children. In her free time, Devon enjoys cooking, traveling, and regular exercise.

Position: Staff

Biography: Melissa is our Surgical Experience Coordinator, managing Dr. Sieffert’s surgical schedule and insurance communications. She is responsible for coordinating with the surgery centers and insurance companies in order to help our patients along their journeys. She also helps patients understand their quotes for surgery, educates them on our financing options, communicates with their insurance companies, and helps them feel comfortable and ready for surgery. Melissa also offers administrative support across the organization and coordinates many communicative functions, helping the office to run as smoothly as possible. Her favorite part of working at Donaldson Plastic Surgery is supporting our providers as they change patients’ lives. She believes in the compassion that underlies everything we do.

Biography: Carrie is our Patient Experience Director and Consultation Specialist. She meets with patients after their consultation to go over the logistics of their procedures, making sure that they have everything they need to feel confident in their decision. Carrie graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelors in Communications. A native of Ohio, Carrie has lived in Illinois and North Carolina, but is happy to be back in the Buckeye state. Previously, Carrie worked in administration for the Aveda Institute Columbus and loved it so much she decided to get her Cosmetology License. She also worked in medical sales and loves that she gets to “marry” her experience in the cosmetic industry with her medical sales background in her role with Donaldson Plastic Surgery. Carrie loves working at Donaldson Plastic Surgery because of the patients, she is inspired by both their physical and psychological transformations.

Position: Receptionist

Biography: Peyton is the front receptionist for the practice, welcoming patients as they arrive. She is responsible for creating a welcoming, warm and sophisticated atmosphere, as well as maintaining the office’s reception and retail areas of the office. Peyton also offers administrative support across the organization and coordinates many front-desk functions, helping the practice run as efficiently as possible.

Biography: Originally from Sandusky, OH, Katie moved to Columbus in August of 2018. She received her A.A.S. from Columbus State, and she is set to earn her B.A. in Marketing from Franklin University in May of 2021. Katie enjoys performing stand-up comedy, and her ultimate career goal is to become a copywriter. Working at DPS is very rewarding for Katie, because everyday she gets to help people do the things they have always wanted to do.

Biography: Erin King has a huge passion for helping people to feel beautiful and confident. She is a local hair stylist that has been specializing in hair color for over 15 years. Originally Erin was born in Berlin, Germany but mostly grew up in Lucas, Ohio. She has two young children and loves to spend her free time with them, her friends or working out. Erin’s favorite part of working at Donaldson Plastic Surgery is the people. She loves interacting with her colleagues as well as the patients on the phones. She truly believes that when people feel their best about how they look it can change the way they approach and can conquer life.

Name: Olivia Whapham

Biography: Olivia is the Communications Manager for Donaldson Plastic Surgery. She works to develop and spread the practice’s unique message to our patients and local community. She is our primary marketing administrator, managing communications on behalf of the practice, as well as our online social presence. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. Olivia’s favorite part of working at Donaldson Plastic Surgery is fulfilling her genuine passion for making others feel more confident and beautiful, while learning and growing professionally. She is inspired by documenting patients’ journeys and seeing people feel beautiful in their own skin.

Biography: Ed serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator of Donaldson Plastic Surgery, where he is responsible for managing business initiatives while ensuring the combined success of each department. Prior to working with Dr. Donaldson, Ed worked 10 years with Nurtur Holdings LLC, the parent company of Nurtur Salons and the Aveda Institute. From this decade in the beauty and spa industry, Ed has brought a unique perspective to the growth and functionality of Donaldson Plastic Surgery. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and he received his Master of Business Administration from Capital University.
