There is no reason not to do it all at once. The surgeon has already opened up the pocket to remove the implant, it is only logical to place a new implant at the same time.

That is absolutley not true. You can sleep anyway that you find comfortable. However some women find it difficult to sleep on thier backs after augmentation. The same for the wearing of a bra after surgery. We always put our surgical patients into a bra after surgery and advise them to wear it for the first couple of weeks, only taking it off to shower. After that it is up to the paitent if they want to wear it or not. It does not affect the outcome of the procedure at all.

A breast lift will not increase the size of your breasts, it just lifts the breasts higher on the chest. If you want larger breasts you need to use implants. My reccomendation would be to do an augmentation first then possibl a lift at a later date if needed.

One really has nothing to do with the other. However, since rhinoplasty is a cosmetic proceudre you may want to see an orthopedic surgeon for your knee before anything else.

I do agree with the 2 doctors that you saw in that the safest way for this procedure would be to do it in stages. Nipple necrosis is a very real and serious complication. Better to do it in 2 stages and lower the risks.

The results you want are not realistic because they would not fit your face. You do need a bit of nasal rfinment bt it has to be compatible with your facial features.

The answer to your question is yes, you can absolutley obtain a more desirable shape of your breasts with a lift alone. I perform this procedure without implants in my office often with very good results. Make sure that you are being seen by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and don’t be afraid to get a second or even 3rd opinion before you make a decision. Best of luck.

I would discuss the issue face to face with your surgeon. Maybe he had a good reason to use the implant which he used and could explain that to you better. Going smaller is easier than going bigger, so it should not be too much of a problem.

The optimal proceudre for you would be a lift with implants. However if scarring is an issue you can always start with just an augmentation and then do the lift at a later date.

Without photos it is impossible to give you any kind of helpful advice. You should reach out to a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person conusltation. Make sure you bring photos of your desired look, but keep in mind that your body shape and size is different from anyone elses, so these should only be a guide as to what you wish to acheive.

Unfortunately, exposed implants are extremely difficult to salvage. It seems that one attempt already was not successful. While this is not an emergency, the implant will probably need to come out.
