Congratulations on your nice surgical results. Your incision is typical of the scar at 2 weeks.  It takes the incision a few months to mature and fade.  I usually tell my patients to avoid any massage for at least 4 weeks after this surgery, but please check with your surgeon.If you feel that you have fluid collection in the form of a "seroma" your doctor should see you for possible drainage.  If the fluid is just swelling, it is in the tissue and should subside with compression therapy.  ...
Is this a dissolvable stitch that needs to be removed?

It is not uncommon for dissolving stitches to sometime "spit out" through the incision.  If that is the case, it is better to have it removed before it gets infected.  The best decision is to go see your surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

This is not an unusual occurrence after male abdominoplasty.  The swelling and bruising tends to settle in the scrotum and the base of the penis.  Some indirect icing under the scrotum, over the underwear will help the symptoms.  Just make sure it is not in direct contact with the skin.  I wish you the best in your recovery.

Yes, when the brow droop is from lack of volume in the bony orbit, adding some fat in the proper spot can elevate the brow nicely.  It also works great for the lower eyelid hollow and dark circles.

Thanks for the photos.  3 days after fat grafting, the swelling is still not resolved and people are usually much more bruised and swollen than your photo suggests.  0.5cc is not an overfill and it is a reasonable volume for this area.  Just be patient and let the surgical results evolve and settle down over time.  It should take a few weeks.

Thank you for sharing the photos.  I am hopeful that the lump has decreased somewhat over time.  Steroids are unpredictable in the amount of absorption of the fat and they can lead to skin discoloration if done too superficially.  Try massaging the area between fingers.  Pressure is usually helpful after surgery is reducing the lumps.  It might reduce it enough to resolve your problem.

Congratulations on your nice surgical results.  Breast tenderness can persist for months after breast surgery.  You are correct in checking for redness, drainage and fever.  In the absence of all that, discomfort is a common findings for a while after surgery.  It does improve over time, usually by two months after surgery.

Thank you for sharing your photos.  Based on the photos of your abdomen, you do have some skin laxity and abdominal wall laxity that usually occurs after having kids or losing a large amount of weight.  Either of those, makes you a great candidate for a tummy tuck and some flank liposuction to contour your waist line.  I wish you the best in your search.

Every patient is different and some photos might be helpful to see the degree of reduction that you might need.  However, patients are generally surprised that skin and breast tissue doesn't weigh as much as you might think.  The size reduction in the waist and bra cup is impressive, but the weight reduction ranges from 3-5 lbs in a thinner girl, to 10-12 lbs in a larger individual.  Hope this helps in making your decision!
