Postoperative epidermal inclusion cysts are common along the incision lines, esp in upper eyelid blepharoplasties.  Simple unroofing is generally curative.  Once infected, it should be treated with warm compresses and oral antibiotics, and drained when possible.  Generally a common, and limited postoperative problem.
I had upper eyelid surgery in a lower skin pinch 3 months ago. What can be done to correct this?

Eyelid tissues are very specialized and respond to surgery differently than other tissues.  Your concern about the location of the incisions seems valid based on your photographs.  Additionally, I would agree that significant swelling after 3 months is unusual.  You should consider seeking outside consultation for a second opinion, ideally from an Oculoplastic Surgeon who can offer reassurance, or a plan for improvement/correction.

Breast implants may migrate or "settle" below the natural inframammary crease causing the appearance of "bottoming out".  Wearing an underwire bra will help to maintain the position of the natural inframammary crease, stabilize the larger breast implant, and prevent the process of "bottoming out". Good luck with your recovery!

Thank you for your question.  Based on your photographs, you are not bottoming out.  Implants generally require around 12 weeks to naturally descend to their final postoperative positions.  You may still develop this problem if you do not wear a supportive bra and limit activities as recommended by your surgeon.  However, it does appear that you have one implant slightly higher than the other.  Postoperative "massage" can assist in restoring ideal implant positions and symmetry.  Waiting ...
