If you are really a 32 chest and weigh less than 120 lbs, a 485 implant is going to be porn-star on you. You seem to have big shoulders for a small person. I would choose a tear-drop shaped moderate profile Sientra implant about 375 cc for you, and you still may need a small peri-areolar lift to not look droopy. With that implant you will be a very large C /small D. Larger than that will make you look top-heavy and matronly.

Would a lower blepharoplasty be a better option than filler?

You absolutely need a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing and possibly a small amount of filler put in your tear troughs, or your own fat. This is not aging, this is your family genetics. You have familial lower bags that cannot be camouflaged by tons of filler. Aconsultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who does all of the above is in order. Forget all filler.

It is pretty clear your L nipple-areolar complex is lower and more lateral than your R. If you want perfection after your augmentation, you must have a centralization of your L NAC on your breast. I don't think that is a whole mastopexy, but almost certainly a peri-areolar mastopexy. If you can be satisfied with asymmetry, then just have an augmentation.

You do not need a browlift. Your brows are quite high on your forehead and more than 2cm from your lid margin. I would like to see a better arch in your brows- they are a bit flat, and quite thick, even knowing that is the style now. You absolutely could benefit from an upper lid blepharoplasty to slightly thin down the excess bulk of your upper lid, and make them feel less heavy. I am confused why you are so confused. You clearly need both - an endoscopic browlift and an upper eyelid bleph, and a transconjunctival lower eyelid bleph with laser resurfacing. Nothing, but all those procedures combined, will rejuvenate you. And you need your left brow pulled up a centimeter higher than the right. Come to the united States and find a board-certified plastic surgeon who can do all of this. You have been barking up the wrong trees.

If I were you, I would consider Botox for your forehead and laugh lines, but you need intensive therapeutic skin care treatments and probably laser resurfacing to address your fine lines at rest, discoloration, bumps, and uneven skin tone. You are quite thin, and Botox will do nothing to give your skin a plumper softer look. Start with some great skin care, then add some Botox, and I believe if you gain 10 lbs, some fat grafting to your cheeks and lips would help the shape and skin quality...

You need a facelift with a vertical vector and some mid-cheek fat grafting. Nothing else will restore your face to its previous beauty. It's really very simple. You are a good age for this procedure in that you are slightly young, and your tissues will be strong. Find a good board-certified plastic surgeon.

You did not say whether your current implants are ruptured, saline or silicone. My advice is have the explantation and capsulectomies, wait 6 months, and then have a subpectoral modest augmentation and a mastopexy by an experienced surgeon. Let your tissues get back to normal before re-augmenting. Make sure cultures for bacteria and pathology is done on the capsules. I do this for most of my re-do patients, and have had this done myself.

You lateral hairline is low and your central hairline is high. I believe this all can be corrected surgically with a frontal hairline browlift- an old technique but I believe the only thing that will work for you. You need a forehead reduction centrally and an elevation of your hairline laterally. A good facial plastic surgeon (with experience with eyes) can help you. Without seeing a full picture of your eyes and brows, I am in part guessing.
