IPL is a great for reducing redness, treating broken blood vessels, and diminishing appearance of age or brown spots. One treatment usually is not enough to clear redness or rosacea. Typically for redness or rosacea, a series of 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is best for optimal results.

In order to be a candidate for CoolSculpting, you would need to have enough excess subcutaneous tissue. Looking at the photo it seems you may be a good candidate for SculpSure, which only requires someone to have "pinch-able" excess tissue or just a small problem area with mild excess tissue. SculpSure is using heat to eliminate the fat cells within 6-12 weeks following the treatment. Some people may require two treatments for optimal results.
