Thanks for writing,The best thing I can offer to you is try the rice technique. Go to the grocery store, get some rice and get some thin vegetable bags. Pour the dry rice in a measuring cup (cc’s on the side), empty the cup in the bag and place it in a bra. Now try on a lot of different multi-seasonal cloths. Then you get to decide what you like. You may want to leave your present implants intact, or if you wish change them to silicone. I tell all my patients, “The bigger the implants the bigger the problems”. Thanks for writing,Based on your photos, you have a capsular contracture (Baker IV, since it is painful). You will need a revision with release or removal of the capsule. Thanks for writing,There are so many thing you didn’t tell us. Are you on immunosuppression? Have you fistulas? Have you had bowl obstructions? Have you had multiple abdominal surgeries? What is your nutritional status? There are concerns of cross contamination, which can be a huge problem. And the list goes on.
