Your pictures are a little blurry, but it appears you have a very mild degree of labial hypertrophy (enlargement). Many women also do not like the dark skin. There are two techniques to perform a labiaplasty, so make sure you talk to your surgeon and discuss his/her technique. In my opinion, while I do a majority of wedge excisions, the best way to remove dark tissue is the vertical technique. Make sure you consult with an experienced surgeon. Good luck.

After any surgical procedure, there can be temporary changes in sensation. At only 2 weeks postop, it is too early to tell what the long term affects will be. It can often take several months to regain sensation. There is nothing to do now, except follow postoperative instructions. It is rare to lose all sensation after a labiaplasty. And make sure to follow up with your surgeon.

You most likely have something called a "spitting stitch" or stitch abscess. Most plastic surgeons put in absorbable stitches under the skin. Sometimes your body can't break them all down, and decides to reject it. Its not a big deal, but you should see your plastic surgeon. Once the stitch is removed, it will help up quickly. In the meantime, keep it clean, and put some polysporin on it. If you develop fevers or chills, or redness spreads around your breast, that is a much bigger deal.
