I think you can achieve a fabulous result with liposuction if done properly! Your skin is youthful appearing and without much excess. Power assist liposuction (NOT vaser!!) could provide an amazing result. Four liters would be much more than enough to change your waist size by several numbers. You may need an abdominoplasty later as mentioned but that would be many years later.

Based on your photos and description of skin type I believe you would have excellent results from IPL with the appropriate settings and treatment. As advised before, you can expect some redness after the procedure which should be temporary and resolve quickly. Sometimes more than one treatment is needed to eradicate the red areas completely, consultation with an experienced professional is advised to create an appropriate plan. kh

It is possible that if the skin is very thin the threads could show especially if the provider is not well versed in placement and selection of appropriate threads. That being said, even the best providers can not provide good outcomes if you are not an ideal candidate. With time we do loose volume from soft tissue as well as bone resorption. It appears that you would benefit from something to correct the laxity as well as volume, I agree with some of the other responses that surgical lift and fat transfer may be an appropriate and more long term treatment. There are several other modalities that could help with the skin in this area, radiofrequency can help with crepiness and tighten skin. There is no evidence based study to support the use of facial yoga to improve tone and texture of the face…. furthermore the over contraction of the face could cause furthering of wrinkles while botox relaxes the muscles which then causes softening and prevention of wrinkles in areas treated…. Morpheus is safe to use after fillers. I usually recommend to wait a month or so after injections to avoid any unintended complications. Also using less energy and depth over areas of recent filler will help avoid any issues.
