Good morning My prefered option is the vertical breast lift ( lollipop incision) . The superior Pedicle yield a good blood supply and the vertical incision gives a limited scar with a very nice projection . The key is using your own tissues to augment the breast following implant removal.

At just 12 days post op I would suggest that you see your surgeon to have him/her give you an exam and discuss your concerns. Thank you for your question. If you are just walking around in a hot/humid room I do not see any problems with that. I would however be careful with the type of cardio that you are doing so soon after your surgery. Make sure that you give yourself time to heal. Generally speaking it takes at least 3 to 6 months for most or all of your swelling to go down. Without before and after photos it is impossible to say.
