Hello!

After becoming an adult the bone structure doesn’t change that much, so I think you should not worry that much about this aspect (the other tissue it will change in time though). But when you have an in-office consultation, you will have to make a CT, and it would be easier for the doctor to explain about the nerve and the surgery.

Hello!

If you are interested in making your jaw line visible from the side profile, then liposuction or fat melting shots might help you.
But if you are interested in the V line from the frontal view also, you would need to have an in-office consultation to tell you if it’s the bone that has to be shaved, or if lipo/buccal fat pat removal should be enough.

You could have a lifting procedure, but the threads are melting in 1~1.5 years, so you would need to keep doing this procedure in order to have the result that you are looking for.

Hello!If the volume reduces, it is normal for the skin to look droopy at first. According to how elastic your skin is, you can see a lower or higher degree of droopiness, and you skin can recover in time, but it it hard to make it as firm as it was before the surgery (without other procedures).
