Thank you for your question and photos. There is no anatomic reason to do one operation before the other. You should address the area which concerns you most, which sounds like your tummy from your question.

Liposuction of the back and flanks would improve your overall result. You could potentially put that fat into your breast which would make a nice improvement until your breast surgery is done.

I typically recommend waiting 3 months between procedures.

As a general rule we address your concerns as long as you fully understand the limitations of your decision and it will not compromise future procedures which would yield a better outcome.

Liposuction of the love handles will improve the contour of that area. The skin will relax more and this will have no effect on the appearance of the abdomen.

It is very common to get a breast lift without an implant. The final result of the two operations will be different however.

In both operations the nipple will be raised to a more youthful position on the breast and the excess breast tissue which was below the breast fold will be removed.

The main difference between the operations is that a breast implant will restore volume to the breast above the nipple. This difference will be more obvious when out of clothing.

Your issue is with the separation of the abdominal muscles. I agree your skin is good. Tighten of the abdominal muscles will improve the contour of the abdomen. How much skin will need to be removed can only be determined with a formal consultation.

I do not believe a full tummy tuck with removal of skin from the belly button to the hairline is likely. We call the operation a modified tummy tuck which may leave a vertical scar between the belly...

A general rule is that 200 cc is about a cup size. Breast dimension, the amount of breast tissue present and skin quality are all important factors when choosing an implant.

Your surgeon is most likely choosing this volume and its placement to more directly fill out the breast.

A formal consultation would be needed to answer your question definitively. I do think it is a bit large and I would encourage you to have your implants placed below the muscle in what is called a dual plane...

Don't stress this is not a botox or dysport failure. Botox paralyses muscles but does not restore volume.
When muscles contract they get physically shorter. Skin can not get shorter so it folds. After years of repetition of folding volume is lost and skin develops permanent lines.

It sounds as if your implants are in a total submuscular position and flexing of the pect causes the implants to move higher up on the chest wall.

My suggestion would be fat grafting to restore the volume and fullness to the lower pole of the breast. This is the area below the nipple. You can also add volume above the nipple if you want.

This is difficult to answer without a photo or in person consultation but generally speaking we lose facial volume as we age. The first areas to show this is the under eye area. The cheeks will also begin to lose volume as well.
