Lean patients may not have enough fat to make a significant difference.  Only 40% of aspirate is suitable for fat transfer. Typically 60 % of transferred fat will survive.  200 cc of fat is typically safely injected during one session. Breasts with nipples pointing forward will usually do well with an augmentation using fat or implants. Once the nipples point down some type of breast lift will be necessary to look right.Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.
