Every physician will have their “prescribed pre-op regimen.” We provide our patients with pre and post-op instructions and prescriptions to be filled for anti-nausea, pain relief, etc., a week prior to the scheduled surgery. No creams should be applied to open wounds. We recommend a sensible diet and to wear compression garments to help with swelling. Once again, your physician will be able to provide you with their recommended pre and post-op care.
