Hello, thank you for your question. Rib removal is usually performed through two incisions on the mid to lower back. Scarring can happen with any incision and is also dependent on the patients healing. Scars generally improve with time over a year or two. We try to keep the incisions as small as we can however we do need exposure to remove the ribs safely too.

When the fat is removed from the abdomen for the BBL, the skin will be very loose so having a tummy tuck would be the next step. You would want to do the procedures at separate times because you would need to stay off your buttocks while healing and wouldn’t be able to lay on your stomach after a tummy tuck.

Hello, The labia minora appear redundant. Trim of both labia minor by wedge or trim. The clitoral hood looks ok from these views. The mons area can be reduced by lipo or surgery. Liposuction is a good option with good skin tone. Gentle lipo of the majora can also be performed. Thanks

Hello, thanks for your question. For the vaginal canal if it widened, after thorough evaluation, rule out cystocele , rectocele etc.. if indicated a vaginal tightening procedure can be performed. There are also devices in the market that may attempt to do this without surgery.
