Hi, there! Judging from your photos, I don’t believe you are the best candidate for a deep plane facelift.
The early signs of aging are sagging of the brows, hooding of the upper lids, drooping of the cheeks, deepening of the nasolabial folds, and formation of jowls. If lifting is desired, do a lift. But for a young person, a traditional deep plane facelift with cutting in front of the ear and around the temple hairline is not worth the trade-off. You may be a good candidate for a micro…

Hi! There! Depending on the look you are going for if you want a chiseled jawline, buccal fat removal, and Botox on the masseter muscle, combined with a little filler to define the jaw could be a great option.
If you like a little fullness on your cheek, Botox and filler can work well to give you some definition on your jawline and your chin.

Depending on what kind of surgery you have, if you have a regular rhinoplasty, you will be wearing a cast for about a week after the surgery, which might affect your daily activities. If you have a micro rhinoplasty, you will be returning to work or school the next day.
