Use Nizoral only twice a week. It can promote hair growth in 2% concentration used twice a week. You could have delayed allergy or irritation, But for any reason if you are seeing hair loss, try stopping it and check if the hair fall improves?

All the grafts are not in the same phase of growth during implantation. SOme of these grafts which are in active anagen grow in the initial phase. At 5 months may be 60% of your grafts are growing. Few more, another 20-25% will grow by 6-7 months and the last 10-15% grow at 8-9 months. Support the grafts with scalp applications good scalp hygiene and nutritional supplements to get the best outcome.

We leave behind 3 follicles for every follicle that is harvested and taken for the transplant. Thus you do not create a bald area on the back of the head. Having said that you should be careful of over harvesting which can be a disaster with inexperienced hands. Especially cheap transplant chain centers.

PRP can stimulate growth but it will not change texture of the thin hair. Better try scalp applications, peptides, LLLT, add antioxidants, iron, calcium, amino acids, B-complex, Biotin which will all help in good robust hair growth.

Try to use some stimulation for the growth. LLLT, minoxidil, nutritional correction. In case this is delayed growth, you may be able to induce the follicles. It is very unusual to have no growth at all. Growth begins in 3-4 months and you have appreciable change along the hairline in 6-8 months.
