Unfortunately, swelling and lumps can occur after lip augmentation with fillers. This can improve on its own after several days. If it does not, I would recommend returning you your injector to be evaluated in person. Simply massaging the area my improve the appearance. Otherwise, injection of hyaluronidase may be necessary for resolution.
