I recommend contacting your surgeon or visit your primary care doctor if you are feeling palpitations. Often times, vomiting and dehydration can lead to palpitations so it's likely related to that but it's important not to ignore these symptoms, especially if it's persistent. Best of luck!

The amount of fat, skin, and muscle removal varies from patient to patient, depending on their anatomy. In general, it is important to avoid a hollow appearance which may result from removing too much fat and/or muscle. When removing fat, using a cautery is nice to minimize the bleeding. I recommend a proper evaluation with a board certified facial plastic or oculoplastic surgeon. Good luck!

This sounds like swelling related to the filler injection, but I would visit an experienced injector for a proper physical exam. Certain fillers can cause more swelling than others; for this reason, I avoid Juvederm for tear trough injections and I prefer Restylane. Swelling usually resolves after a few days but sometimes can take a few weeks. If it doesn't improve, the filler can potentially be dissolved (assuming it's a hyaluronic acid filler). A septorhinoplasty can improve breathing if there is a structural issue (i.e. deviated septum, weak nasal sidewalls, etc) and improve cosmetic appearance, but may not help with sinusitis. I recommend a thorough evaluation of your sinuses by an ENT; sinusitis can occasionally be treated with medications alone but may also require sinus surgery. Some ENT surgeons are also fellowship-trained in facial plastic surgery and can perform the rhinoplasty as well. Best of luck!

Your eyebrows appear to be at an appropriate position. I do not recommend a brow lift as this will only give you a surprised/unnatural appearance. A conservative upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) can be considered to address the skin fold. I recommend a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon. 
Could weight lifting prevent grafts to grow better?

Weight lifting will not effect your graft yield. If you had high-quality surgery then your grafts will grow. Grafts usually begin to grow at around 3-6 months with full results by 1 year postop. Best of luck!

It is still too early to determine what the final result of your rhinoplasty will be. The swelling will likely resolve significantly in the upcoming months. Although the majority of swelling after rhinoplasty resolves by about 4 weeks, there is still some swelling even up to 12 months postoperatively. The liquid formulation of minoxidil tends to cause acne for some people due to a preservative ingredient that is not found in the foam. You may want to try switching to minoxidil foam. Another option is low-dose oral minoxidil. This is a nice option for patients who have difficulty with topical application.
