Thank you for your question. It is still very early in your recovery and it is normal to question how things will turn out early in your healing process. This normal in this technique of browlift that you had performed. The pleating and puckering typically dissapetes as the swelling resolves and the sutures are removed. This could take about 6-12 months. Be patient and visit with your surgeon and his staff. They will be able to put your mind at ease.

You have asymmetry of your brow and as you age the asymmetry will most likely become more apparent. At some point a Brow Lift could help but I think at your age you are too young.
You could add filler on the side of the lower brow to lift the brow some.
Also I have used botox to lift the brow on the lower side and used botox in the forehead of the higher brow side to lower it to try to provide more symmetry. I have a few patients that I do this for on a regular basis....
