At 1 year it is unlikely implants will drop. I would recommend either revision the implant pocket to lower the implants or a vertical lift. I would not necessarily recommend the lift since this will add to scars on your breasts.

You do have a short lower pole on both breasts that would classify them as tuberous; however, it does seem like your skin in the lower pole will stretch and fit a properly sized implant without violating the inframammary fold. Lowering the fold may risk a double bubble deformity but in your case it may be possible since it doesn't seem very constricted.
