Biography: Ashley Wright, RN, MSN, FNP is a Rhode Island State and National Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, where she graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner. Because of hard work and stellar academic performance, she was inducted as a member of The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International. With over 10 years of medical professional experience, she holds numerous additional certifications including Critical Care and Trauma Nurse specialties. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association.

Biography: Karen Enzer, our practice manager, believes that every day is like streaming music…you never know what the next tune will be, and are you ready for it?!? Working with Dr. Enzer for 20+ years, Karen has orchestrated everything in the office from classical music to heavy metal: from answering the phone to consulting with patients, as well as the operational, organizational, and problem-solving managerial responsibilities of a busy oculofacial plastic surgical practice.

When not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spin classes, and the great outdoors.

Position: Aesthetician

Biography: Melissa Nowicki, LE is our medical esthetician, and has worked alongside Dr. Enzer for almost 20 years! She graduated from The Empire School in Warwick, RI, and has completed advanced skin care classes with The International Dermal Institute. She offers skin care consultations, personalized skin maintenance plans, European-style facials, and medical-grade chemical peels. She also has specialized training in treating acne and sensitive skin.

Melissa’s passion for skin care comes from seeing numerous patients struggle with skin-related concerns. She combines her depth of knowledge with her down-to-earth personality to inform and educate clients about how to care for their skin. Melissa’s own personal experience with skin cancer has also influenced her compassion and approach towards her work.

In her free time, Melissa loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys running, downhill skiing, and camping with her husband and two children.

Biography: Donna O’Neil is a dedicated employee with over 20 years’ experience in the ever-changing medical billing field. Celebrating nearly a decade with us, Donna does an outstanding job of ensuring patients understand their insurance benefits and any out-of-pocket expenses they may have prior to their appointment. Her vivacious, tender-hearted personality has made her a pillar in the office. Outside the office, Donna is an avid runner, having completed several half marathons and with the hope of one day completing a full marathon. Donna can always be counted on to bring homemade treats from her kitchen to the office, and cooking delicious meals for her husband and two boys.

Biography: Jessica Bairos joined Enzer and Associates, PC in 2014. She brought with her 20 years of customer service experience. As a Patient Coordinator, Jessica’s role is to offer personalized assistance to help patients’ during their scheduling process. Jessica’s patience and organization skills parallel her ability to explain and communicate all office policies & procedures to our patients. She ensures that patients always have a person with whom to speak with about their treatment or condition.

Jessica’s style is always apparent in the office from her modern fashion trends, to her compassionate demeanor. In her free time Jessica loves spending time with her husband and two young children.
