Together with Dr. Barone she has brought medically-based skin care to the region to improve patient outcomes and long-term results. After graduating from Anthony Wayne High School, she went on to play four years of collegiate soccer at Ashland University, earning her Bachelors in Biology. She then received her Masters of Biomedical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Toledo (formerly Medical College of Ohio) in 2006. Upon her graduation from UT, she was honored when she was presented the “Outstanding Student Leadership Award”. She is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants, and a current member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants. She is excited to bring her 10 plus years of surgery experience to evolv. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, sporting events, working out, and spending time with her husband, Henry, and their two children.

What she finds most rewarding about her work are the long-term relationships that develop from trust and how we care for them.

Amy has been married for 19 years to man she refers to as "Scottie." They have 2 amazing boys together, Bryce who is a junior in high school and Brock who is in eighth grade. Both boys love sports and are actively involved in travel leagues. Just recently the boys and Amy started Cross-Fit work outs together.
