Usually just CBC and BMP shows us your blood level is normal, no active infection at the time of surgery.
In some individuals we also look at their chemistry to see if their kidney functioning well also.

You are a great candidate for both.
Lower facelift scar starts in front of your ears and goes to behind your ears. It address your jawline, jawls and under the chin laxity.
Necklift scar is limited to behind your ears. It cannot improve your jawline or jowls but only the area under the chin and jawline.

Lipo to coolsculpting is like taken the elevator vs. The escalator. Both could get you there. Lipo you can have it done while awake and in 3 hrs, 1 week of soreness and some garment requirement. Coolscilting multiple treatments, cost can add up to more than lipo but you can do it in increments of 1 hr a week.

In my experience patients who have had facelift before are best served with a second facelift. I have found that skimtightening RF procedures don’t work as well as they do with patients without facelift.

Facetite would give you the results you want. It is one and done.
M8 requires few treatments so with the type of low maintenance results you want it is not a good choice.
Kybella melts fat but does not tighten skin. And very risky in the jowl area being close to the nerve.

You have the “hop dip” which is very natural. Doing lipo alone could greatly improve your contour and you won’t regret it.
Now if you decide that you don’t like the slight dip in your hips you could add fat af the same time and it will help with curvature.

Either way you will be happy.

Yes Agnes can be used on jowls and jaw line. Technically speaking any RF technology can damage the nerve even if the machine goes through the skin which most do.
As long as you get it done by a trained experienced doctor you should be fine.

Doctors might use different techniques but most plastic surgeons place the face in multiple layers from over the bone to into the muscle and under the skin for the best results.Also depending on the method used, they can have different survival rate. I tell my patients 40% resorption happens over the 3 months after the procedure. So on average expect 60% take for the injected fat.
