The fullness in your months could be benefited with liposuction. By switching to a smaller implant and tightening her mastopexy the excess pigment in your vertical scar could be removed. I would go back and express her concerns to her original surgeon as they would probably work with you as far as the cost goes. If you start with a different surgeon he will be back to square one on how much it cost you to have this revised.

Need to have laxity of your neck skin still. This sometimes happens after facelift especially of people have poor qualitiy skin. While it is not the norm I sometimes do have to go back in and tightened someone's facelift to optimize the result. I would talk to your surgeon to see if they would work with you on this rather than starting with a new surgeon as this would probably cause too much more. Typically surgeons are willing to work with you because ultimately we 1 our patients to be happy.

It appears as if your areola to inframammary fold distance is too long on the right side. This could be improved by resecting more skin along the IMF which would also pull your nipple lower on that side. I would not recommend doing anything to the left breast.Good luck,Dr. Tucker

As long as your diabetes is well controlled you can safely have the procedure done. You have a slightly higher risk than someone without diabetes, but if you otherwise healthy you should be fine. It would be a good idea to find someone locally to do your surgery on the outside chance that you do have a post op problem so you will have someone to help you through it.Good luck,Dr. T

With submuscular implants it is normal to have movement of the implant with pectoralis animation. This can be improved by moving the implant above the muscle, but there is the chance that if your tissue is too thin you might be able feel the edges of the implant. It does not appear as if a 695 cc implant would be too large for your body frame. A good judges by how much is in your expanders and whether or not he liked the overall size. He will ice that when you get your final implants she will be much softer and probably not project as much of the tissue expanders. It looks like the expansion is going well for you.

The radiation changes quality of the skin on your right side. While you can have capsulotomy when you have your exchange for implants if the AlloDerm is incorporated taking it out would actually create more problems and do good. I would not recommend this.

My best advice would be to return to her surgeon and express your concerns.You may need to have a revision of her chin scar where you have the puckers on either end and a little bit of tightening of your neck. This sometimes happens in people with thinner skin that lacks elastic quality. Hopefully her surgeon will work with you on this to try to get your results satisfactory to both of you.

I would not do anything else with your scar for at least 6 months to a year after surgery. In the meantime he could to lymphatic massage and may be some laser therapy to her scar to make it more attractive. Until the tissue softens any attempted revision would probably leave the same result. Could also change the contour of your lower abdomen which at this point looks pretty good.

There are numerous skin tightening devices out there that are touted as being able to tighten the skin of the neck, however the most reliable way to correct what you have going on is to revise your submental incision to take out a little bit of submental fat and tighten the skin through your same facelift scars.Good luck, Dr. T

I would plan on getting to your ideal weight so that you are not bouncing around. You can then have the brachioplasty redone by tightening the skin potentially with some liposuction depending on what the rest of your body looks like.Good luck, Dr. Tucker
