With you only being 1 day post-op it is very early in the healing process and way too early to evaluate your results. Try to be patient and give your body time to heal and allow things to settle. If you are looking to get the best result possible then you would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with some liposuction. You could do liposuction alone, but that will not tighten your skin or your abdominal muscles.I recommend that you contact a reputable and board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation to discuss you surgical goals and come up with a treatment plans that fits your needs.Best Wishes,Dr. Sadrian

It is very early in the healing process and as you heal the scar will continue to improve ans the redness of your scar will fade. The t-junction is the area with the most tension and it is not uncommon for the wound to break down in that area. It will heal with time and it is important that you keep it clean.
I would recommend that you schedule to be seen by your surgeon for specific wound care instructions.

Try a combination of a fractional laser to help smooth out the lines and plump the skin with new collagen, and add  a hyaluronic filler like Juvderm or Vollure to give more volume to the depressions. You will most likely need a series of the laser to improve the lines, but will be worth it in the and and help give you more confidence going forward.  Best of luck.

This is not an unusual time for patients to feel the way you are feeling. Keep in mind that you are not healed yet and this is not your final result. You are still bruised and swollen which will continue to subside and as this process takes place, you will start to look more like yourself. Bruising goes through stages and will get a little better ear day. Elevation when you are sleeping will help with the swelling.I would recommend that you discuss your concerns with your surgeon.Best…

You have very nice structure to your face and your chin is nice and masculine.  If you would like to improve your jawline, I would suggest trying about two syringes of Voluma on each side of the face. This will add some width and square your jaw to a nice shape. Vouma is a filler that is meant to create volume and used against the bone.  It can range from $850-$950 per syringe and lasts about 18 months to two years. All the best!

Based and the information you have given it sounds like your physician used a very reasonable dose. In most cases atrophy of the tissue does not occur with a single injection. Although it can take up to 6 months for the breasts to finally relax post surgery, it looks as though you may need a revision surgery to release and lower the pocket on the left breast.  It sounds like you have done all the things a compliant patient would do.  I would suggest you schedule time to discuss your options with your plastic surgeon.

There are many variables to consider when doing breast implant revision surgery. Depending on your natural breast tissue and current cup size with the 270CC implants, going to a 425CC could increase your size by a minimum of 1 cup size.  If your current implants are placed under the muscle, the pocket is already created and will most likely fit the 425 CC.  The things to consider are whether the diameter of your breast is wide enough for the increase. Based on your height and weight it is possible to increase about two cup sizes with a 560CC implant.  This will also depend on the diameter of your natural breasts and chest wall.  Spend some time exploring the difference between the size you are now and the size you want to be by looking at photos side by side that resemble your body shape and a DD cup.
