It depends upon your expectations. I have had patients who look like you do who have had mini tummy tucks, liposuction, and/or full tummy tucks. There are alternatives between mini tummy tucks and full tummy tucks also. This requires a discussion beyond the internet. I would visit a plastic surgeon in your area.

Most offices will give you average costs over the phone. Unfortunately, getting implants is similar to buying clothes. There are sizes and styles that are individualized and requires a discussion with your plastic surgeon. During this consultation, you will likely be measured and the differences in implants will be presented. The costs of different implant styles  may cause slight adjustments in costs to you depending upon what is appropriate.

As you may know, BBL requires liposuction to remove fat which could be taken from your tummy and waist so in reality you are planning 3 procedures in one. I think your budget is very reasonable in the Jacksonville market place.

It was recently determined that a cup size difference is about 138 cc. However, there are other variables to consider such as projection. The dimensions of implants can be found online at the respective website of the implant manufacturers such as Allergan, Mentor, and Sientra.

This is not uncommon to request larger implants. It depends upon the pre operative discussions. As a whole, plastic surgeons are customer service oriented and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Please discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon as they will likely give you the best deal.

It will depend upon what you want your breasts to look like. Implants give you volume but can also help a little with shape. You seem to have plenty of volume already but it is in the wrong position. You can always add the lift and areola reduction later if you are unsure. Just take your time and let it be your decision.

There are different ways to simulate breast volume. There are several websites with morphing technology where you can upload these photos and obtain a reasonable similarity of what you would look like with different sized implants. With saline, you have to consider the weight of large implants if the breast tissue is flaccid. A board certified plastic surgeon can give you all the pros and cons.

Age is not the main factor to determine the benefits of coolsculpting. Some patients respond very well at your age. Others may not. The skin elasticity is the most important factor with any type of fat reduction. Stretch marks or lax skin is probably best served by surgical removal.

I do not believe you would be happy with a mini tummy tuck. If you want the stretch marks removed around the umbilicus, you would have to discuss other options with your plastic surgeon.
