It appears you likely have something called Tyndall effect. This can be caused superficial placement of dermal filler that causes scattering of light particles that creates a blue hue to the skin. The best way to treat this is by dissolving the filler. Hope this helps

Its always hard to tell with just one photo, but your breast appears red and edematous. I would highly recommend seeing your surgeon sooner rather than later. You may need to have that implant taken out if there is a persistent infection.
