This very nice gentleman presented s/p primary rhinoplasty with desire to increase the projection of the nose from the side view and correct the deviation and get more definition of the nose from the front view. He also desired to build up his nose on the bridge. I used fascia from his head and wrapped it around the diced cartilage and placed it on the bridge to build it up and added cartilage on the tip to increase the projection of the nose and performed osteotomy to define his dorsal aesthetic lines and straighten the deviation.
