Yes you do need a lift

Hi. Based on the location of your nipples, you do need a lift to get the round perky appearance of breast implants. A donut lift is for very minimal movement of the nipple (less than 2cm). You might need a vertical lift or a full anchor lift. Best
Is this normal for my implants to separate laying down?

You have very thin skin with very little elasticity That means your breasts will "sag" faster than most peopleThe heavier the implants the more they will pull on the skin and cause sagginess heavier When you lay down, the weight of the implants will fall to the side and down, that's normal gravityThis constant pull enlarged the pocket in which the implants sitSO this is normal but will only get worse You will need a breast lift at some point in the near future
Is uneven dropping normal at the 6 month mark?
Capsular contracture?

Check your left breast to make sure there is no thickened scar/ capsule around the implantSometimes the capsule around the implants become thicken causing capsular contracture and retracted high riding appearance of the implantIf it feels soft, then continue daily massage of the implant and try to push the implant downAfter a year the surgeon might have to go back in and adjust the pockets to make them look even Best of luck
One of my implants never formed a capsule, how rare is this & could it form completely now?

I am guessing that you are very thin? Sometimes when you are very thin, there is very little subcutaneous tissue between the skin and the implant. Sometimes this subcutaneous layer composed of mainly fat, thins out causing the implant to sit against skin directly. Wound opening tends to form thick scar so hopefully once closed the scar in this area will thickenBest
575cc moderate plus silicone implants. Does this size seem appropriate?

Given your weight and height, I would say 400-450cc. I have a patient with similar height and weight and got a 350-400cc with great results Look through my before and after to see what 400cc implants look like on your frame Good luck
Has my implant flipped or capsules?
Rupture with capsular contracture?

I think your implant might have ruptured and also developed capsular contracture. To quickly diagnose this a plastic surgeon can use high definition ultrasound to look at your implant in the office to look for rupture and capsular contracture Or alternatively, a diagnostic MRI or mammogram will work as well Look good Best
Breast augmentation without lift?
Bottoming out

You have bottoming out. To get that round, perky look, I think you need an implants (for upper pole fullness), relift and an internal bra or mesh reinforcement inside. This mesh will serve as a bras or sling inside to prevent future bottom out. Women who have massive weight loss, your skin elasticity is not the best so there is faster rate of bottoming out and or ptosis/ drooping
