For the abdomen, our office charges approximately $1000 per treatment or a package of three for $2700.  There is some variability based on the size of abdomen that is being treated.

There will be no problem with a massage 3 days after Botox injections. I recommend no manipulation of the area for the first 24 hours, but by day 3, a massage will not cause any ill effects.
Is It Ok to Increase my Accutane Dosage from 20mg to 40mg Daily?

Accutane dosing is highly provider dependent. The general recommended dosing regimen is 1-2 mg/kg/day with a total dose in the range of 120 - 150 mg/kg per round of treatment. For a 106 lb person that would equal 48 kg, so a 40 mg per day dose would be just fine, or even a tad under-dosed. However, the most important part of the equation is the total dose, so as long as you get over 5700mg of the medication, you will be fine.

I agree with Dr. Rueckl. It is generally best to stay with the provider who prescribed your Accutane (Isotretinoin), as he/she will know the dose given, and all the other variables to take into account. That said, I typically have treated patients for hair removal throughout the Accutane course, as well as in the immediate post-treatment period without any adverse effects. I would inquire with your military recruiter about a waiver for the tattoo. I served as a Dermatologist in the Army for many years, and waivers are not impossible to get. If you must have the tattoo removed, then it should be a fairly easy process as long as you can find a qualified skin surgeon. Is Belotero Harder to Dissolve?

Belotero Balance is a Hyaluronic Acid, and therefore should dissolve fine with Vitrase. The Vitrase must be injected into the same tissue plane as the filler in order to maximize it's ability to dissolve the product. Additionally, the eyelid and under eye skin is thin and tends to become edematous quite easily, so you may have some lingering puffiness for a few weeks.

Belotero Balance is a very nice Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers. It is one of the newer HA products, and it's niche in my practice is in filling of very fine lines, that other HA's are not well suited for. As a result, it is not very volumizing, and tends to last a bit shorter than the other HA's, with the average being 6-9 months depending on the site that it is used in.
