Hello, the hairs that extracted from your donor area do not grow back but to prevent gaps in your donor area we extract grafts with using spaces. Thus, when the hairs in the donor that are not extracted for transplant will grow long and cover all the area. Hair transplant is beneficial for scalp. If you also use medication after the transplant your hair will be strong.
