Hello!!!Thank you very much for your question!I don't think you will have a good result without the breast lift.But a breast lift with bad scars is not a nice surgery .When a patients had bad scars from other procedures,I sent them to superficial radiotherapy,next day after surgery.This has been working in most of the patients,but not in everyone.Best Regards,Dr. Alejandro Lev

Hello!!!Thank you very much for your question!I think that you will not achieve a good result without a lift (Mastopexy) with implants.Breast Augmentation all be does not lift the breast.Also I recommend the implants over the muscle.Otherwise the implant stay too high I relation to the breasts.
