You can do scalp-micropigmentation or SMP to camouflage the FUE scar on the donor area. Please note that SMP might require many session to complete the right color and density to cover the empty areas

I recommend you to consult with the doctor whom you did the surgery with. Maybe he/she can add more grafts to add on the density for you.

I think you can try taking the concerned hair follicles out by using FUE, which will of course leave you some white dotted scars on the forehead. However, if the scars are quite invisible and you’re happy with the result then you can stop it here.
However, if the scars don’t look good. You can undergo another hair transplant to lower your hairline just enough to cover the scar and make sure with the surgeon that he/she does the correct hair direction per your request.

Currently, there is no standard protocol of the optimal time to start PRP after a hair transplant. At our clinic, we offer one intra-operative PRP during hair transplantation and if the patient wants to continue, they can start at 4 weeks after the surgery.

Most people who have never undergone a hair transplant are usually good candidates for FUE. However, it all depends on the donor density at the back of your scalp. Therefore, more photos showing your hair at the back would be very helpful.
