This is called epidermolysis and is a partial or total necrosis of the skin in that area.
First, I’d like to reassure you that this is likely going to be ok. It probably will not going to negatively impact your results in the long term in a very significant way.
This scabbing is related to tenuous blood supply to the skin in that area (…

Without additional information and photos it makes hard to give you valuable advice. Revision rhinoplasty is a carry challenging procedure and it can take a very long time to heal. The swelling can take longer than 1 year to resolve after revision surgery (especially for patients with thicker skin). During the healing phase patients can also have asymmetries that will settle down over time and become symmetrical – and on the other hand, asymmetries can…

Thank you for your question. Patients can experience some different sensations/feelings on the lip and upper teeth after a rhinoplasty. These will depend on the patient and also the extent of surgery performed – such as a caudal septoplasty, surgical dissection of the tip and upper lip and so on. Whichever these symptoms are (different patients will describe things differently), they should subside quickly after surgery and resolve completely within weeks. Patients…

Facial microcurrent involves a mild stimulation of the facial muscles with electricity. The main concept is with stimulation, the facial muscles will get a better tone and therefore the face will have a more youthful appearance. Although it would make sense, that toning the SMAS, which contains muscle fibers, could improve one’s appearance, I’m not aware of any evidence that it actually happens. At the…

Yes- nasal massage is and important portion of the postoperative care. I routinely demonstrate to my patients how to massage and recommend that they do that about three times a day. If you don’t feel comfortable with that, I suggest you discuss that with her surgeon and perhaps him/her can give you additional instructions on how to perform the massage in a way that will be effective and also tolerable. Good luck.

Yes- a chemical peel 3 days after botox should’ve completely safe.
Good luck

Continue to follow-up with your surgeon and discuss with him/her nasal massage and possible steroid injections to help the postoperative swelling.
Good luck

It’s hard to precisely discuss the ideal implant size based on the photographs alone. However, I would imagine that a large implant would work well. My preference is to try implants of different sizes in the OR and see which one actually fits best. Some surgeons prefer to carve the implang too- depends on his/hers individual preference.
Good luck
